Want to change from Home Delivery to Pickup Site?

Please use this form to let us know that you want to change your service from the home delivery of the shelf-stable box to picking up the frozen entree' box at one of our many pickup locations.

Remember that you can only choose one option for receiving the meal box. Please allow for 5 days time for the change request to take place once you submit the request.
