For the last 4 years, Focus Foods has been at the forefront of emergency relief meal solutions for all major named storms as well as the flood of 2016 and the flood of 2020. With our unique facilities and a wonderful staff, we can stage and execute on feeding 100 to 10,000 in a matter of days. We include both hot meal, family-style, food truck, frozen or shelf-stable options to help suit the need.

What We Do

We provide affordable, healthy, safe, and tasty meals that fit within the local and federal guidelines by following industry best practices, and professional HACCP Health and Food Safety Programs that have been designed in conjunction with experts from professional consultants and the Louisiana Department of Health.

SOLUTIONS

We employ a full-time mechanical team who keep our equipment running perfectly and help to make sure things go smoothly while on location. Our equipment meets or exceeds all health department requirements for mobile kitchen equipment, and our trucks are always permitted with the local authorities. Our commissary is equipped to properly dispose of both waste grease and grey water.
