Focus Foods currently delivers to over 30,000+ homes per week and provides drive-thru pickup for several thousand more across six parishes and counting. The company has invested in the people, processes and systems necessary to provide accurate home delivery with verified delivery tracking with 96% accuracy*. The process to make this successful is built on a solid methodology for:

• Customer acquisition planning: All registrants are triple-checked to ensure that delivery will be successful and that there are no duplication of benefits issues.
• Routing systems planning: Once all data is sent to our dispatch system, a team of data analysts assign routes to our fleet directly to internet connected tablets in the vehicle.
• Delivery verification and reporting: All routes begin at 7:30am daily once pre-route inspection is completed. All deliveries are validated with a photograph and all data is uploaded to our dispatch system.
• End-of-day validation and reporting: Our drivers clean & refuel their vehicle to prepare for the next day, report delivery issues to the Quality Assurance team, and all final delivery data is processed for reporting to our customers weekly.
• Risk-Wise Certification for all lift and delivery drivers on staff.
