Focus Foods owns, operates and/or manages five different types of facilities in our operating areas. As we continue to expand through the Gulf South Region, we will continue to scale our infrastructure to support the needs of our customers/partners.

As we move into the next phase of our company life-cycle, we will own/operate 5 types of meal/food production facilities. We determine the type of a facility by the production capabilities necessary for success.


Type 1 Facility: Industrial/Mass Production

Type 2 Facility: Co-Packing/Co-Packaging

Type 3 Facility: Shelf-stable Production

Type 4 Facility: Regional Kitchen/Commissary

Type 5 Facility: Customer Premise Kitchen/Commissary

Type 1 Facility in Baton Rouge, LA:

  • 75,000 ttl sq ft, 15,000 sq ft of meal prep, 11,000 sq ft packaging prep, 16,500 sq ft cold storage, 6,000 sq ft cold manufacturing.
  • 7 loading docks, 4 are cold capable.
  • 450 gallon capacity of steam kettles, 145 gallon capacity of skillets, oven/air/frier/steamer capacity for 2,400 servings of grains every 30 minutes.
  • 115,200 meal/unit daily production capacity.


Type 4 Facility in Baton Rouge, LA:

  • 3,000 ttl sq ft, 4,000 Ttl sq ft of meal prep, 1,000 sq ft cold storage
  • 30 Gallon capacity of steam kettles, 20 gallon of skillets.
  • 1 loading dock.
  • 3,000+ meal/unit daily production.


Type 2 Facility in Lake Providence, LA:

  • 17,000 ttl sq ft, 3,000 sq ft meal prep, 14,000 sq ft packaging prep & storage, 4,000 sq ft cold storage.
  • 1 loading dock.
  • 28,000 meal/unit daily production capacity.
