Focus Foods owns, operates and/or manages five different types of facilities in our operating areas. As we continue to expand through the Gulf South Region, we will continue to scale our infrastructure to support the needs of our customers/partners.
In addition to providing meal solutions and delivery, Focus Foods supports its partners through dedicated, in- house customer service assistance, administrative documentation, and analytics.
As we move into the next phase of our company life-cycle, we will own/operate 5 types of meal/food production facilities. We determine the type of a facility by the production capabilities necessary for success.
Type 1 Facility: Industrial/Mass Production
Type 2 Facility: Co-Packing/Co-Packaging
Type 3 Facility: Shelf-stable Production
Type 4 Facility: Regional Kitchen/Commissary
Type 5 Facility: Customer Premise Kitchen/Commissary
